The decision by KRA to invalidate an Objection is an Appealable Decision
The Tribunal held that the Kenya Revenue Authority’s decision to invalidate the Notice of Objection lodged by the taxpayer, as communicated in the letter dated 30th April 2021, constituted an appealable decision. Accordingly, the taxpayer’s challenge to the invalidation was both proper and sustainable under Kenyan law.
