Late Submission of Returns

“The Appellant in our view tendered a reasonable cause for the late submission, one which was caused entirely by hitches in the Respondent’s iTax system. The Appellant took prudent and timely measures to inform the Respondent of its inability to file the return, which the Respondent did not respond to or correct in a timely manner.”
